Service you can count on

At LAMAX, we honour a simple but key principle: the customer always comes first. As we oversee the development of our products from inception to completion, we stand firmly behind their quality. Coupled with our extensive availability of spare parts, we are able to provide a service that stands unrivalled. This dedication drove us to offer our customers a unique "Premium Guarantee" service.

However, we are not omnipotent, so in case of any problems or malfunctions we will provide service! We will bring the equipment to our service center, for selected models, where a technician will fix the fault. Our service center is trained so that we can guarantee the best service. We want you to have only the best experience with our products. And when things go wrong, you have our maximum support! We believe that this service (in the event of an unexpected malfunction) will ease many of your worries.

Premium warranty on all devices
Reach out to us and we'll take it from there. Simply fill out the form, detailing the issue and the type of device, and our service partner will get back to you to establish the most effective solution. The cost of warranty repair falls on us, and for post-warranty service, we promise to offer the most competitive pricing.

Comprehensive service from start to finish

Service request
Begin by filling out the contact form on our service website.

First contact
Upon request, our service partner will contact you to discuss the delivery of the device. We will first arrange delivery of the scooter to the service centre. This will either be done by courier service or the equipment will be picked up directly by the service car.

Device shipment
A courier will pick up the device at your chosen address and deliver it to the service centre for repair.

Pick-up and repair of equipment
The equipment is sent to the service by a transport service or is picked up by the service truck. Upon arrival at the service, the equipment is usually repaired within 10 days, tested and delivered back to the customer. The service includes, of course, an exit inspection, troubleshooting testing and the actual test drive.

Post-warranty service
In case of an accident or if your equipment is no longer covered by warranty, rest assured that we have you covered. We offer comprehensive post-warranty service and have a wide range of spare parts readily available in our stock. Our skilled technicians are well-equipped to handle out-of-warranty repairs and ensure that your equipment is back up and running smoothly.

How to take care of your vehicle?

Proper maintenance and care are essential for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of your electric equipment. Whether you own an electric scooter, quad bike, or motorbike, it's crucial to keep it in excellent condition. Fortunately, routine maintenance is easy with our step-by-step instructions. Regularly check for signs of wear on brake pads, inspect tyre conditions, ensure proper operational clearances, and tighten all bolt connections as necessary. Regular maintenance routine ensures that your equipment operates safely and reliably whenever you need it.

As far as battery care, we recommend keeping the charge level between 20% and 90%. Always use the original charger, charge the battery at room temperature, and never leave your equipment unattended while charging. If your scooter or e-bike has been in a cold environment, allow it to warm up for a few hours before charging to prevent potential battery damage. If you suspect any issues or damage, avoid using the battery and contact us immediately. During extended periods of inactivity or storage, keep the battery in a dry, room-temperature environment and check the charge status every month. These practices will ensure optimal battery performance and longevity.

Key maintenance checks:

  • Inspect the handlebars, control bar, or folding mechanism for any looseness. Ensure that the joint lock is properly tightened.
  • Check that all bolts and nuts are secure and tight.
  • Make sure that all visible cables are properly connected and secured. Loose cables can pose a risk of getting caught on clothing or surrounding obstacles. Also, make sure the cable insulation is intact and not damaged.
  • Pay close attention to the proper functioning of both front and rear lights. Assess their response to the brake lever, check for internal fogging or cracks, and if applicable, monitor the functioning of the blinkers/indicators.
  • Regularly monitor the condition of brake pads, cables or hydraulic hoses and gauge the braking effect.
  • Check the play of the pivots of the moving parts and regularly lubricate them with a product intended for this purpose.
  • Pay attention to the condition of the tyres and ensure they're properly inflated. You can find the correct pressure on the side of the tyre.
  • Ensure that the wheels spin freely and that there is no play.
  • Keep an eye on whether the scooter accelerates normally, whether any components are overheating, or if there are any unusual noises.
  • If your device operates with a chain drive, lubricate it routinely with the specified oil.
  • If you are unsure of the technical condition of the vehicle, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Safety first
Safety is our highest priority, because we only have one life. ALWAYS wear a safety helmet and NEVER operate any vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Failure to follow these two rules can have fatal consequences.
We advise choosing an alternate mode of transport during unfavourable weather conditions. It's important to understand that single-track vehicles don't ensure 100% stability in wet conditions, which can also be harmful to your equipment. Don't forget to keep your lights on while riding, as clear visibility is a crucial component of passive safety. Your safety always comes first!

Security guidelines

Repetition is the key to learning. Therefore, pay attention to the following guidelines:

  • Please read the instructions for use carefully before use
  • Always comply with traffic rules and relevant laws.
  • Show respect and consideration towards others.
  • Always wear a helmet.
  • Never operate any vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
  • Don’t overestimate your abilities.
  • Be proactive and drive with caution.
  • Being easily visible is crucial to safety.
  • Abide by all local laws and regulations.
  • Always take into account road conditions and weather.
